Job summary

You will work on integrating gateways, processors, or card networks, analyze data to guide decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable payment solutions. Location: Nagpur/Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management or technical program management, ideally in payments or fintech.
• Strong understanding of payment processing flows: authorization, capture, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, payouts.
• Experience integrating payment gateways, processors, or card networks. Ability to work with APIs, data structures, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
