Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a product/tech program manager with 4+ years in payments or fintech.

You will own payment flow optimization, gateway integrations, and data-driven decision making to improve authorization, settlement, and reconciliation processes. You will collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams, communicating requirements and ensuring alignment with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management or technical program management.
• Strong understanding of payment processing flows: authorization, capture, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, payouts.
• Experience integrating payment gateways, processors, or card networks.
• Ability to work with APIs, data structures, and technical documentation.
