Veear Projects Inc. is seeking a senior Oracle Applications technical lead in Pune to drive development and implementation across SCM modules.

You will design, develop, and maintain technical solutions within Oracle EBS, mentor the team, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate has 11+ years in Oracle apps technical development, strong SQL/PLSQL skills, and hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflow.

• 11+ years of experience in Oracle Applications technical development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS / Oracle Apps Technical.
• Good understanding of Oracle SCM modules and related business processes.
• Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher / BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS APIs, interfaces, integrations, and customizations.
• Experience in technical solution design and development.
• Prior experience in technical leadership, team management, or project delivery.
• Relevant Oracle SCM certification is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Oracle Applications technical development and implementation projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions within Oracle EBS, particularly across SCM modules.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Oversee technical development involving SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
• Design and develop integrations using Oracle APIs, interfaces, and custom extensions.
• Ensure technical solutions follow Oracle development standards and best practices.
• Review technical designs, code quality, and development deliverables.
• Manage technical issues, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor team members and manage technical deliverables, timelines, and project priorities.
