Job summary

Strategic Technology Resources International is hiring a Technical Manager AI & Oracle Technology in Bangalore (Hybrid). The role requires 15+ years of overall experience and 7+ years in technical management, with hands-on leadership in Oracle stack domains and AI initiatives.

The candidate will drive end-to-end technical delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment, leveraging Agile practices to achieve strategic business outcomes.

Qualifications

Job Title: Technical Manager AI & Oracle Technology

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience: 15+ Years Overall | Minimum 7 Years as a Technical Manager

Relevant Experience: 7 - 10 Years in Technical Management

• Extensive hands-on experience as an architect/ technical lead in at least one or two of the specified domains within the Oracle technology stack:
• Analytics OAC, ODI & Oracle BI tools
• Integration: OIC, SOA
• Extension Development: VBCS, APEX, JAVA
• AI
• Proficiency/ expertise in Gen AI, RAG, LLMs, AI governance, prompt engineering, evaluation, or AI project delivery is desired
• Strong expertise in end-to-end solutions, with the ability to strategize and execute projects effectively
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational and customer goals; proactively identify risks, dependencies, and commercial considerations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
• Considerable experience in following Agile development methodologies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, along with leveraging AI-driven tools (e.g., Chat GPT) to enhance productivity, reporting, and decision-making.
• Lead technical delivery with a strong focus on customer outcomes, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and deliver measurable business value.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging the adoption of modern technologies, agile methodologies, and industry best practices to enhance team productivity and delivery excellence.
• Exhibit excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical and business concepts; highly proficient in creating impactful presentations and reports using tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to track governance, risks, change control, and compliance checkpoints to ensure alignment with organizational and customer standards.
• Define and track delivery, quality, budget, and business outcome metrics to support transparency and timely decisions.
• Provide concise, data-driven status updates to executive management covering progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and key actions.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring consistent stakeholder engagement, transparent communication and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
