Technical Manager-Product-Support-Housing Technical Department

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in property valuation and project appraisal.

Property Valuation & Site Inspection:

Conduct physical inspections of properties and project sites. Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with industry standards. Assess project feasibility and monitor construction progress at various stages.

Project Appraisal & Monitoring:

Appraise residential and commercial projects for funding and approval. Monitor the stage-wise progress of approved/funded projects. Ensure compliance with technical and financial benchmarks.

Documentation & Reporting:

Scrutinize property-related documents and prepare technical reports. Maintain accurate records of builder status and project data across zones. Review and update process notes periodically to reflect regulatory changes.

Due Diligence & Risk Mitigation:

Ensure thorough due diligence during project approval to prevent fraud. Identify and report discrepancies or risks in property documentation.

Market Intelligence & Regulatory Updates:

Collect and update market information on a regular basis. Track amendments and regulations affecting property and construction sectors.
