Grazitti Interactive in Mohali, India seeks an experienced Technical Manager to lead full-stack delivery for a portfolio of 510 active clients. You will own technical direction, drive AI-augmented development practices, and bridge clients with engineering to ensure quality, velocity, and trust across engagements.

You will guide MERN stack delivery, API design, and enforce coding standards while overseeing AI-assisted coding tools integration.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead full stack engineering delivery while managing a portfolio of 510 active clients. You will own technical direction, drive AI-augmented development practices, and act as the primary bridge between clients and engineering ensuring quality, velocity, and trust across every engagement.

• Technical Competencies Core Stack & Architecture 810 years of experience in full stack development with deep expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and a strong track record of production-grade delivery.
• Experience in API design, development, and third-party integration at scale.
• Strong command of Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review practices Proven ability to architect scalable systems, define coding standards, and enforce engineering best practices, including REST API design and OOP principles.
• AI & Modern Development Practices Hands-on experience integrating AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf) into team workflows to improve delivery velocity without compromising code quality.
• Ability to guide teams in vibe coding methodologies, LLM API integration (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks.
• Skilled at governing AI-generated code at scale — establishing team norms around review, accountability, and responsible AI use in enterprise software.
• Good to Have Experience with search platforms (Solr, Elasticsearch, Lucene, Vector Search), relational databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Client & Stakeholder Management Concurrently manages 5–10 active client relationships, maintaining structured cadences — status calls and exec check-ins — across varying complexity levels.
• Sharp instinct for reading customer sentiment and detecting early signs of dissatisfaction or churn risk before they escape into formal issues.
• Owns client escalations end-to-end — from acknowledgment and root cause analysis to resolution.
• Maintains a proactive risk view across all accounts, distinguishing between a frustrated client and a genuinely at-risk one, and responding accordingly.
• Adept at triaging competing client priorities in real time, balancing urgency, business impact, and team bandwidth using structured prioritization frameworks.
• Proactively resets client expectations when timelines shift — maintaining transparency rather than going silent under pressure.
• Leadership & Interpersonal Skills Leads and mentors teams in a fast-paced, AI-augmented environment, fostering a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous learning.
• High EQ with the ability to navigate tough conversations diplomatically, present confidently to C-suite stakeholders, and act as a trusted client advisor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory) — able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
