Job summary

Broadridge seeks an experienced Web Application Firewall specialist to design, implement, and migrate WAF solutions across AWS and edge platforms. You will optimize protections for API surfaces, web apps, and bot defenses within cloud and hybrid environments.

The role requires hands-on work with Terraform IaC, ServiceNow/Jira/Confluence for change control, and strong routing and DNS management skills. Expect collaboration with security and operations teams to enforce robust defenses.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing/maintaining web application firewall (WAF) policies across platforms such as AWS WAF, Akamai, Imperva, and F5 ASM.
• Ability to deploy, migrate, and optimize WAF systems in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud services (CloudFront, Route 53, ALB, ACM, API Gateway, VPC) and DNS configurations.
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, bot protection, DDoS mitigation, and API security.
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, load balancers, reverse proxy and CDN concepts.
• Experience tuning WAF rules, reducing false positives, and managing production deployments.
