Info Origin Inc. in Pune, MH, seeks an experienced Technical Lead with strong Linux, Windows, and VDI expertise. You will lead a team, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure service quality in a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days WFH).

The role requires hands-on leadership, escalation management, and the ability to drive incidents to resolution while maintaining SLAs. Day/night shifts may be required, with contributions to documentation and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and administration.
• Hands-on experience with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) environments.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Technical Support Engineer with leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling technical escalations and critical incidents.
• Good communication, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.
• Willingness to work in rotational day/night shifts, as applicable.
