Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in transportation engineering, with a focus on infrastructure design, traffic engineering, or transportation planning.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a technical leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong proficiency with transportation engineering software and tools such as VISSIM, SYNCHRO, AutoCAD, and GIS.
• Expertise in traffic modeling, network analysis, and transportation demand forecasting.
• Solid understanding of transportation infrastructure design standards and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisive recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with relevant Indian transportation codes, standards, and regulatory requirements (preferred).
• Experience with sustainable transportation solutions and smart mobility concepts (preferred).
