Job summary

Embitel Technologies is seeking a hands-on Developer Cum Scrum Master with strong C++ development experience to contribute to software projects while supporting the Agile process. You will assist in sprint planning, tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an automotive embedding context.

The role requires 5-8 years in C++ development, Linux exposure, and experience with Jira/Confluence. Prior Scrum Master or SAFe knowledge is valued, along with Docker/DevOps familiarity.

Qualifications

• Track sprint progress and help the team achieve sprint goals.
• Remove blockers and coordinate with stakeholders when needed.
• Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team.
• Maintain project transparency using Jira and Confluence.
