Medline India is seeking an experienced QAD Technical Lead to drive QAD EE implementations, support maintenance, and coordinate with other application teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment in Pune. You will manage priorities, guide the team, and ensure timely deliveries while aligning with business needs.

The role requires deep QAD knowledge (EE), experience mentoring, Agile/Scrum practices, and strong communication to collaborate with functional leaders and technical owners across CRM,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with QAD (Mfg/Pro) including 7+ years with QAD EE.
• At least 5 years mentoring and guiding team technically and functionally.
• Strong knowledge of QAD functional areas, especially manufacturing.
• Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Contribute towards QAD implementation, development and maintenance, and manage work packets.
• Support European business by implementing and maintaining QAD-related functionality.
• Plan, manage and govern day-to-day team activities using Agile ways of working.

This role will include responsibilities like [DM1] managing priorities with stakeholders, providing guidance to the team and coordinating the QAD related work. Furthermore, and due to the central position of QAD within the Medline Application Landscape, the person will be responsible for coordinating with the Technical Owners of Medline’s other Applications, for example our CRM, WMS and DW systems as and when applicable. This full-time role will be part of Medline's Information Services Department. **Roles and Responsibilities:*** Contribute towards QAD Implementation, Development and Maintenance project manage work packets and deliveries leveraging the team.* Support the European business through implementing, customising and maintaining QAD-related functionality with standard QAD or (if justifiable) through developing customizations* Contribute towards solutions leveraging standard QAD standard functionalities or with non-intrusive methods.* Plan, manage and govern day-to-day activities of the team, leveraging agile ways of working.* Experience of working closely with functional leaders at Operational Level.* Can collaborate and work closely with QAD and/or other areas/teams.* Contribute in Business process change or optimization* Act as gatekeeper to transition project work into ongoing support* Ensure quality and documentation around any projects that get handed over to ongoing support. **Required Skills:*** Minimum of 10 years working experience with QAD (and Mfg/Pro) of which at least 7 years with a QAD EE version.* At least 5years of experience Mentoring and guiding team technically and functionally.
