Job summary

LetzBizz is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to steer the engineering of an enterprise SaaS product built with agentic AI and large language models. You will own the technical architecture, set engineering standards, guide the backend team and stay hands-on with the most critical areas of the platform.

You will lead scalable backend design, AI integration layers, multi-tenant architecture and security practices, while mentoring engineers and ensuring robust CI/CD, testing and documentation

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience leading backend engineering teams of five or more engineers through design, development and delivery.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering multi-service platforms with clearly defined domain boundaries.
• Deep expertise in Python, asynchronous programming patterns and production‑scale backend development.
• Experience building production systems using LLMs, agentic AI or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of RBAC, multi-tenant SaaS design and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture and translate it into a practical delivery roadmap.
• Lead design of scalable backend services, APIs and data models.
• Architect AI integration layers with LLM providers, prompt versioning, caching and cost controls.
• Design agentic AI systems with orchestration, tool use and reliability guardrails.
• Define integration frameworks for enterprise systems, databases and third‑party APIs.
• Drive multi-tenant architecture with access control, auditing and compliance readiness.
• Establish engineering standards for testing, CI/CD, code reviews and documentation.
• Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews and strengthen technical capabilities.
• Remain hands‑on and contribute code to critical platform components.

About The Role

We are hiring an experienced Technical Lead to lead the engineering of an enterprise SaaS product built using agentic AI and large language models.

The selected professional will own the technical architecture, establish engineering standards, guide the backend engineering team and remain hands‑on with the most critical areas of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture and convert it into a practical delivery roadmap.

• Design agentic AI systems involving orchestration, tool use, structured outputs and reliability guardrails.

• Drive multi-tenant architecture, access control, auditing and compliance readiness.

Required Experience And Skills

• 8–12 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience leading backend engineering teams of five or more engineers through system design, development and delivery.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering multi-service platforms with clearly defined domain boundaries.
• Deep expertise in Python, asynchronous programming patterns, FastAPI or equivalent frameworks and production‑scale backend development.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including database design, optimisation and large‑scale migrations.
• Experience building production systems using LLMs, agentic AI or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Practical experience with RAG, vector databases or semantic search in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing multi‑tenant SaaS platforms with tenant isolation, RBAC and tenant‑specific configuration.
• Strong understanding of event‑driven architecture, message buses, asynchronous workers and webhooks.
• Experience designing versioned and documented APIs and data models used across multiple teams.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain strong coding and engineering standards.
