Job summary

Nucleus Software Exports in India is seeking a highly skilled Lead Power BI Analyst to drive business intelligence initiatives. You will lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and mentor junior analysts to build team capability while establishing best practices to scale Power BI analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related.
• 2+ years in a lead/senior role in BI/Analytics.
• Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, RLS) and SQL (optimization, stored procedures, joins, views)
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
• Experience mentoring and leading small BI analytics teams.

• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
• Experience mentoring and leading small BIanalytics teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance
