Position Overview

As a Node.js Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role overseeing Node.js development, combining leadership and hands‑on coding expertise. Responsible for guiding the technical direction, mentoring developers, and actively contributing to the codebase, the role ensures efficient and high‑quality delivery of Node.js projects.

• Implement the desired architecture for the project assigned, with proficiency.

Your Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 8+ Years in the industry and 5 Years in NodeJS.
• Proficient in NodeJS along with frameworks like ExpressJS, SailsJS, HapiJS etc.
• Proficient in any of the given RDBMS such as mysql, mariadb, postgres.
• Proficient in any of the given NOSQL such as Mongo DB, Dynamo DB
• Proficient in writing Restful APIs
• Proficient in JS with ES NEXT Standards
• Proficient in Version Control Systems based on Git. Must know Branching strategies.
• Good to have proficiency in Typescript
• Good to have proficiency in SPA such as Angular, React
• Good to have proficiency in any MQ
• Good to have understanding of MicroServices.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Hands‑on exposure to Kubernetes for container orchestration (deployment, scaling, health checks).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation (good to have)
• Strong understanding of observability concepts: logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
• Experience with monitoring and APM tools such as Datadog, Groundcover, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Experience setting up centralized logging using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or similar.
• Ability to monitor application health, identify performance bottlenecks, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Familiarity with alerting strategies, SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
