Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Tech Lead - Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Tech Lead, you will drive technical decisions and lead the development of high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, oversee the entire development lifecycle, and ensure that our applications are scalable, secure, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, and deployment of cross-platform apps using React Native, React.js, and Node.js.
• Drive performance optimization, code quality, and scalable system design.
• Implement secure authentication (JWT, OAuth2) and integrate APIs, maps, payments, and notifications.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions, Fastlane, EAS, and deployment platforms like Vercel/Netlify.
• Oversee testing using Jest, Detox, Cypress to maintain high code reliability.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure state management and data handling using Redux Toolkit, React Query, and AsyncStorage.
• Coordinate technical decisions, align with business goals, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Education and Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
• B.TECH/M.TECH
• BCA/MCA
• Relevant certification in computer science field.

Technical Skills

• DevOps & CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Fastlane, EAS, Vercel/Netlify, Docker (basic), Mobile/Web deployment
• Performance & Optimization: App/web performance tuning, bundle size reduction, query optimization
• Other Integrations: Firebase, Maps, Payment Gateway, Push Notifications
