We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics 365 with 8–12 years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Customer Service, Field Service, Power Automate, Azure integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and CRM customizations. This role involves leading solution development, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to best practices within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Develop Power Automate flows and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Azure services.
• Work with Azure services such as:
• Logic Apps
• Function Apps
• Lead Agile ceremonies, conduct requirement analysis, and participate in solution design.
• Mentor developers, conduct peer reviews, and promote software development best practices.
• Translate functional specifications into detailed technical specifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing logs, code, data, and documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and features in Office 365 and Azure technologies.
