Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable microservices and applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical challenges and improve application performance.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and to promote best practices within the development team.
• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure comprehensive testing to uphold product reliability.
• Engage in Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products.
• Document technical specifications and system architectures to facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
• Production Operations and handling the bugs in Production.
• Monitoring and Alerting, Performance Optimization, Capacity Planning.
• Accelerate the SDLC by integrating AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)

Required Qualifications:

• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture.
• Proficient understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment, employing Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize software performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerizations technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with database management systems and experience in database design and optimization.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools to streamline the development process.
• Exposure to front-end technologies and frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge on AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor etc
