Chubb India is leading a digital transformation journey focused on engineering excellence and analytics. We seek a Technical Lead to own features end-to-end—from design to deployment—in a cloud-native Azure environment.

This role requires strong leadership across teams and a passion for scalable, secure software. As a Full Stack Lead Engineer, you will collaborate with tech leads, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions using Java and Angular, including RESTful APIs,

Qualifications

12+ years of software development experience with a strong bias towards full-stack implementation.
Proven ability to design, develop and deploy enterprise-grade applications.
Experience mentoring engineers and driving best practices in large teams.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java & Angular.
Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions.
Design and develop RESTful APIs, integrate with databases, and ensure backend performance and security.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues as needed.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Mentor junior engineers and help improve engineering practices.
Take ownership of code quality and ensure adherence to clean code principles.
