Job summary

Awign Expert, part of Awign's enterprise platform, seeks a technical lead to architect and implement Java-based enterprise solutions within an agile framework. You will define comprehensive architectures, lead a cross-functional team, and drive best practices across development and DevOps to meet business goals.

8–12 years of IT experience in IT/software/fintech, Noida office-based role with 5 days in-office work expectation, strong Java/Spring expertise, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 8–12 years total IT experience in software/fintech sectors.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design, web programming and software networks.
• Proficient with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud including configuration management, circuit breaker, security, service discovery, Sleuth, load balancing.
• Deep understanding and experience with multithreading.
• Ability to create distributed and scalable architecture.
• Willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
• Understanding of Apache Spark, Data Science, ML & AI.
• Experience with Oracle and MySQL.
• Excellent communication and ability to present technical information to peers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Meet with technology managers and the design team to discuss goals and needs of the company.
• Lead a technical team consisting of software developers, business analysts and a Product Owner.
• Capture functional and non-functional requirements and design technical solutions leveraging Spring Framework.
• Examine and define current architecture systems.
• Design scalable architecture systems for Java-based applications.
• Review code and provide technical guidance and identifying needs to implement or execute to accommodate the company’s architectural goals.
• Contribute to development by implementing PoCs and standardizing software delivery adopting DevOps practices.
• Perform validation tests and system performance tests to ensure flexibility and scalability of the Java environment.
• Ensure overall quality and fit of the technical solution and performance of the application stack.
• Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with design and deadlines.
