Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Technical Leads – Java to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications within the Medical/Health Insurance domain. This role requires strong hands‑on Java expertise, technical leadership, and a solid understanding of insurance workflows. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, make architecture decisions, and ensure high‑quality, scalable, and secure application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead end‑to‑end Java application development across the SDLC
• Define technical architecture and design solutions
• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
• Resolve complex technical and production issues

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and guide development teams
• Allocate tasks and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Support team skill development and technical growth

Domain Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders on medical insurance processes
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support UAT, enhancements, and change requests

Delivery & Quality

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Coordinate with QA teams for high‑quality releases
• Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and commitments

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in Core Java
• Experience with Struts framework
