About the Role

We are hiring a Tech Lead to build and lead the team responsible for custom internal applications and workflow automation across Finance, HR, Operations and other business functions. The team uses AI-assisted development and automation tools such as Claude, Copilot and similar technologies to improve development velocity and quality.

This is a technically hands-on leadership role, but not a day-to-day coding position. You will contribute to critical prototypes and foundational components when required, while primarily owning architecture decisions, code reviews, technical standards and complex production issues.

Technical Expectations:

• Strong software design and system-design fundamentals

Experience: 6+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer or equivalent technical leadership role.

• Design and develop internal applications for business teams.
