Job Description

• 10+ years in Software / Data / ML engineering, including 3+ years in AI/ML, and 2+ years specifically in LLM / GenAI projects.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Architect leading engineering teams or projects.
• Deep hands‑on experience with: LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent).
• RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Qdrant, Azure AI Search).
• One or more orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, Copilot Studio, etc.).
• Strong Python skills (plus experience with Node.js / C# is a bonus).
• Experience building cloud‑based backend services (FastAPI, Flask, .NET, Node) and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of making architecture decisions and driving them to execution.
• Experience in Azure or AWS or GCP (GenAI Services)
