Job summary

Dover's Bangalore-based team seeks a Technical Lead for QA to drive test strategy, design, and automation across features and releases. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure quality from design through delivery.

You will implement robust automated tests, lead testing efforts, and contribute to performance and localization testing, ensuring quality snapshots for stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent functional test skills and ability to derive test scenarios from RD or FS documents.
• Hands-on experience designing Data/Keyword/Hybrid test automation frameworks.
• Experience with UI Automation using Selenium WebDriver in Java; API testing (REST/SOAP) and performance testing.
• Experience building automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integration.

Create and maintain excellent test plans, test cases/test protocol, requirements traceability, automated tests and test reports.
