Job summary

Dover is hiring a Technical Lead - QA in Bengaluru for a hybrid work model. The role focuses on real-time collaboration with product managers and engineering teams to design tests, implement automation, and ensure high-quality releases.

The candidate will drive test strategy, automate UI/API checks, and optimize system testing, including performance and localization testing as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent functional test skills and ability to design test scenarios from RD/FS documents.
• Hands-on experience building data/keyword/hybrid automation frameworks.
• Experience in UI automation with Selenium WebDriver and Java; API testing (REST/SOAP).
• Experience creating and maintaining automation scripts and test infrastructure; CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on test design and implementation.
