Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking a Senior OpenText Consultant to architect, configure, and support OpenText Content Server and Extended ECM for HR and business applications. • 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years hands-on OTCS/xECM in large enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in OpenText Content Server, Archive Center/Server, OTDS, Brava, Blazon, and Records Management.
• Expert-level knowledge of LiveReports, WebReports, Workflows, Classification, and Records Management.
• Strong skills in REST APIs, SOAP/CWS, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Proficient in SQL, and Windows Server/RedHat Linux administration.
• Experience integrating OpenText Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks; ITIL certification is a plus; exposure to ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or related engineering discipline.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; team-focused in cross-functional environments.
• Exposure to AI tools is a value-add.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior OpenText Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Content Server (OTCS) and Extended ECM (xECM) as your main skill, ready to architect, configure and support robust enterprise content management solutions across our HR and business application landscape at Allianz Technology.

You will …

• Support the deployment of OpenText for HR document management, integrating it with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Configure OpenText solutions to meet business needs, including workflows, metadata, permissions, and document lifecycle management.
• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level technical support, analyse issues, and work with vendors or internal teams to resolve technical problems.
• Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements, ensuring compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements.
• Develop training materials and support end-users by addressing technical queries and sharing best practices.
• Collaborate closely with HR IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure optimal system performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• Contribute to solution architecture and documentation, keeping it aligned with the overall Allianz Technology landscape.

Your Skills

• OpenText Content Server (OTCS) and Extended ECM (xECM) as your main and primary skill, with around 10+ years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 7+ years of specialised hands-on experience architecting, configuring, and maintaining OTCS/xECM in large enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in the OpenText product stack, including Content Server, Archive Center/Server, OTDS, Brava, Blazon, and Records Management.
• Expert-level knowledge of LiveReports, WebReports, Workflows, Classification, and Records Management.
• Strong command over WebReports, LiveReports, Workflows, OScript, REST APIs, SOAP/CWS, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency in SQL query optimization, database schema structures, and Windows Server/RedHat Linux administration.
• Proven experience implementing and managing the OpenText Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors integration, along with exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Strong working knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL certification is a major plus) and experience using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at various levels.
• Exposure to AI tools, even at a basic level, is a value-add.
