Job summary

Quest Global Hyderabad seeks a senior chip design professional to lead chiplet/tile level physical implementation, ensuring PPA, timing, power integrity and physical verification closure.

You will own floorplan, placement, CTS, routing, optimization, drive timing and congestion closure, resolve DRC/LVS/antenna issues, coordinate tile interfaces and full-chip integration, and contribute to reviews and signoff readiness with RedHawk/Voltus expertise.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in ASIC/SoC physical design.
• Experience with chiplet/tile level implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own floorplan, placement, CTS, routing, and optimization.
• Drive timing, congestion, power, and area closure.
• Resolve DRC, LVS, antenna, and density issues.
• Coordinate tile interfaces and full-chip integration requirements.

Role Overview

Lead chiplet or tile-level physical implementation and integration, ensuring PPA, timing, power integrity, and physical verification closure.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong block or tile PnR expertise using Innovus or ICC2

• Good understanding of STA, CTS, EM/IR, and physical verification
• Experience with advanced-node design rules
• Strong TCL scripting and QoR analysis skills
• Ability to lead complex implementation closure

Preferred Skills

Chiplet or multi-die integration experience

• Exposure to hierarchical implementation methodologies
• Python scripting and automation experience
