Ameriprise India LLP is seeking a senior Discrepancy Management and DRP Governance professional to support audit readiness and resiliency programs. You will work with Enterprise Resiliency and Technology leaders to ensure evidence for internal controls and DR exercises.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of BC/DR experience, with Power BI expertise and CBCP preference. The team operates in a client-centric, in-office culture with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop and interpret information in the context of the organization’s interest.

• CBCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of business continuity recovery program design and implementation.

Responsabilités

• Maintain evidence for internal technology control framework and ensure BCP/DR exercises meet audit requirements.
• Provide audit support and evidence submissions for internal and external audits.
• Manage application recovery discrepancy management process and coordinate with technology and business leads.
• Assist with the Disaster Recovery program and document DR plans and exercises.
• Maintain Power BI reporting for exercises and resiliency data.
• Deliver training and awareness materials to business groups.

Job Description

Manages the Discrepancy Management and DRP Certification programs. Provides analytic support for Event Response and DR Governance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partners with peer Business Continuity Managers and appropriate business teams to maintain evidence for the internal technology control framework; ensures that relevant business continuity and disaster recovery plans and exercises are meeting internal audit requirements.
• Provide audit support and evidence submissions for internal and external audits and oversight activities. Work with the Enterprise Resiliency team to document and maintain process records to evidence resiliency compliance.
• Manages the application recovery discrepancy management process. Works with Technology leaders and Business leaders to resolve application configuration issues.
• Assists with the Disaster Recovery program. Provides support for documenting disaster recovery plans and exercises.
• -Works with the Enterprise Resiliency team to maintain Power BI reporting for exercises and daily maintenance of resiliency data.
• Enable training, communication, and awareness for business groups, including delivery of materials and training sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in BC, DR, compliance or governance.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and interpret information in the context of the organization’s interest required.
• Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, creative problem-solving skills, and strong customer service orientation.
• Interest in professional development.
• Experience working on Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) certification.
• Knowledge of business continuity recovery program design and implementation required.
• Regulatory audit understanding and evidence creation.
