Job summary

Ameriprise India LLP is seeking an experienced professional to manage discrepancy management and DRP certification programs, providing analytic support for event response and governance.

You will partner with business continuity and technology leaders to maintain evidence for internal controls, support audits, document disaster recovery plans, and maintain Power BI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of BC/DR/compliance/governance experience.
• Ability to interpret information in the context of organizational interests.
• Experience with Power BI.

Provides analytic support for Event Response and DR Governance programs.Key ResponsibilitiesPartners with peer Business Continuity Managers and appropriate business teams to maintain evidence for the internal technology control framework; ensures that relevant business continuity and disaster recovery plans and exercises are meeting internal audit requirements.Provide audit support and evidence submissions for internal and external audits and oversight activities. Work with the Enterprise Resiliency team to document and maintain process records to evidence resiliency compliance.Manages the application recovery discrepancy management process. Works with Technology leaders and Business leaders to resolve application configuration issues.Assists with the Disaster Recovery program. Provides support for documenting disaster recovery plans and exercises.-Works with the Enterprise Resiliency team to maintain Power BI reporting for exercises and daily maintenance of resiliency data.Enable training, communication, and awareness for business groups, including delivery of materials and training sessions.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent.4-7 years of relevant experience in BC, DR, compliance or governance.Demonstrated ability to develop and interpret information in the context of the organization's interest required.Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, creative problem-solving skills, and strong customer service orientation.Interest in professional development.Experience working on Power BI.Preferred QualificationsCertified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) certification.Knowledge of business continuity recovery program design and implementation required.Regulatory audit understanding and evidence creation.In-Office CollaborationWe are a client-centric, relationship-based business.
