Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead to anchor architecture, technical solutioning, and delivery oversight for Salesforce Public Sector implementations, including OmniStudio-led digital workflows. This role will also support pursuit activities and help build reusable capability assets for the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Public Sector engagements.
• Design scalable OmniStudio, Apex, LWC and integration solutions.
• Support technical discovery, estimation, and solution design for pursuits.
• Guide development teams and perform architecture and code reviews.
• Drive delivery governance and technical risk mitigation.
• Create reusable accelerators, frameworks and implementation best practices.
• Support client-facing technical discussions and architectural workshops.
• Mentor engineering resources and help build deployment readiness.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience, including strong Salesforce architecture experience.
• Hands‑on expertise in OmniStudio.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience leading enterprise implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
