Job summary

Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, and React.js.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services while following secure coding practices.
• Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
• Design and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Implement state management using Redux and follow modern frontend architecture principles.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across frontend and backend components.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, estimation, and retrospectives.

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, Identity, etc.).
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Create unit tests and integration tests to ensure application quality.
• Work with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Consume and expose REST APIs and work with JSON-based integrations.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Maintain technical documentation for developed features and APIs.

Cloud & DevOps (Good to Have)

• Deploy and maintain applications on Azure or AWS.
• Work with cloud services such as:
  • Azure App Services / Azure Functions
  • Azure Storage / Azure SQL
  • AWS EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda (basic knowledge)
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Product Owners, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and other developers.
• Participate in requirement analysis and technical feasibility discussions.
• Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge within the team.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and technical challenges proactively.
