Incedo Technology Solutions is seeking an IAM Developer to build scripts, connectors and automation to manage identities across on-prem AD, Microsoft Entra ID, AWS, GCP and OCI in a hybrid multi-cloud environment.

You will help shape PAM requirements, design access models, and partner with Security Engineering and cloud teams to implement least privilege and scalable identity controls.

Qualificações

• Hands-on scripting in Python and PowerShell.
• Experience with APIs, connectors, CLI and SDK usage.
• On-prem Active Directory and Azure AD administration.
• Experience with IAM in AWS, GCP, OCI.
• Knowledge of least privilege, RBAC and PAM concepts.
• Data analysis skills for large identity datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Python and PowerShell scripts to extract, normalize and consolidate identity data across AD, Entra ID, AWS, GCP and OCI.
• Build and maintain API integrations and connectors (Microsoft Graph, AWS SDK/boto3, gcloud, OCI CLI)
• Inventory users, privileged and admin accounts, service accounts, groups, roles, policies and permissions.
• Identify high-risk access: standing privileges, excessive permissions, nested group memberships, orphaned or dormant accounts, and shared or generic accounts.
• Analyze large identity datasets and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support PAM requirement definition and access profile design.

About the Role

We’re looking for an IAM Developer to build scripts, connectors and automation that help us discover, inventory and analyze identities and access across our hybrid and multi-cloud environment: on-prem Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AWS, GCP and OCI.

Your work will directly shape our Privileged Access Management (PAM) requirements and access models. You’ll partner with Security Engineering, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Platform and oCISO stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Must-have skills

• Strong IAM development experience with hands-on scripting in Python and PowerShell
• Proficiency in APIs, connectors, CLI and SDK usage (Microsoft Graph, AWS CLI/boto3, gcloud, OCI CLI)
• Hands-on administration of on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Working knowledge of identity constructs in AWS, GCP and OCI (IAM users, roles, policies, service accounts, groups, resource hierarchy)
• Solid grasp of IAM concepts: least privilege, RBAC, privileged access, role design and entitlement management
• Data handling and analysis skills (SQL, Excel or similar) for large identity datasets
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
