Job summary

Tenarai is seeking a hands-on AI/ML Technical Lead to spearhead the development and deployment of enterprise AI/ML solutions. You will translate architectural designs into scalable, production-ready systems while guiding a team of engineers and collaborating with Microsoft and McKinsey technical teams.

You will own code quality, enforce MLOps, security, and reliability, and mentor engineers, ensuring delivery from architecture to implementation.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or ML Engineering.
• Hands-on coding experience with Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM/Generative AI/Agentic AI in production.
• Experience leading or supervising engineering teams.
• Ability to evaluate/challenge architecture and drive end-to-end delivery.
