Job summary

Tenarai seeks an experienced hands‑on AI/ML Technical Lead to steer the development and deployment of large‑scale AI systems in an enterprise setting. You will collaborate with Microsoft/McKinsey technical teams, translate architectures into production, and mentor engineers while driving robust MLOps.

The role requires deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LLMs, and AI agent orchestration, with end‑to‑end ownership of technical delivery and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of enterprise AI/ML solutions.
• Supervise and mentor the engineering team while coding when needed.
• Review external partner architectures and translate designs to production.
• Build reusable frameworks and reference implementations.
• Own code quality, testing, and MLOps practices.
• Establish Git, CI/CD, secure coding, and testing standards.
