Job summary

Cyberpwn Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks an experienced software engineering lead to guide a team of developers. You will design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Java, Python, and JavaScript for front-end development.

You will architect RESTful services and microservices with FastAPI and Spring Boot, work in a microservices-based environment, optimize data models with PostgreSQL, and drive AI-first engineering practices while ensuring code quality and security.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Java, J2EE, Microservices and JavaScript.
• Strong expertise in microservices-based architecture, ability to design, build, and manage microservices.
• Excellent knowledge of database systems, particularly PostgreSQL, and SQL.
• Proven experience in team management, including 2-3 years of direct team leadership.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for technical documentation and team communication.
• Self-motivated with interest in current industry trends and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).
• Experience implementing AI-first engineering practices and responsible AI usage.

Responsibilities
