Techeon IT is seeking a hands-on IT Manager – AI, Cybersecurity & Product Engineering to steer technical teams and drive AI initiatives alongside robust security. The role focuses on execution, delivery, and client-facing support rather than broad tech leadership.

You will oversee AI/ML programs, software design, cloud security, and DevOps, ensuring timely delivery, strong architecture, and budget adherence while coordinating with leadership and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering or AI engineering roles.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering software or technology projects.
• Hands-on production AI/ML or Generative AI deployments.
• Proficient with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Python, APIs.
• Experience in application and cloud security, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
• Strong software architecture knowledge, databases, APIs, and app dev.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and DevOps/CI/CD.
• Ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets; produce estimates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, backups, deployment processes, and infrastructure costs.
• Lead and coordinate developers, AI engineers, and other technical resources; monitor productivity, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Review technical designs, code quality, project estimates, feasibility, and implementation plans.
• Participate in client calls, technical presentations, solution discussions, and pre‑sales meetings when required.
• Prepare or review project effort estimates, resource requirements, timelines, budgets, and technical proposals.
• Work with leadership, sales, pre‑sales, and delivery teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, development standards, security practices, project reports, and delivery updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, technology implementation, or related technical domains.
• Experience managing technical teams and delivering software or technology projects.
• Practical experience building and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Python, APIs, and modern AI application frameworks.
• Experience with application security, cloud security, vulnerability management, or secure software development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, databases, APIs, and application development.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
• Ability to manage project timelines, resources, priorities, and technical deliverables.
• Experience in effort estimation, project budgeting, technical proposals, or client-facing solution discussions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Profile

• Experience working in an IT services company, software development organization, or technology startup.
• Exposure to cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or OWASP.
• Experience supporting pre‑sales, client presentations, technical solutioning, and commercial estimation.
