Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru, Karnataka, seeks a technically skilled Documentation Specialist to create exploded views and parts manuals for industrial products using 3D models and BOMs.

Candidates should have 2–4 years experience with 3D tooling; diploma or degree in mechanical/aero/auto; proficiency in IsoDraw/Catia Composer, Creo/Autocad, InDesign, Illustrator, Wind-chill CMS, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years hands-on experience using 3D tools.
• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Automobile or related engineering.
• Expertise in creating parts manuals in IsoDraw/Catia Composer for 2+ years.
• Hands-on experience creating parts manuals in Adobe Illustrator for 1+ year.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with CMS such as Wind-chill.
• Knowledge of design tools Creo-Parametric & Autocad.
• Knowledge of graphic tools such as InDesign, Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Create/Modify Exploded views of product & sub-assemblies using 3D models and BOM’s created by product development engineers.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years experience resource with hands‑on experience in using 3D tools
• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Automobile or any other Engineering discipline
• Expertise in creating parts manual for Industrial products in IsoDraw Cad process/Catia Composer for minimum 2+ year
• Hands on experience in creating parts manual for Industrial products in Adobe illustrator for minimum 1+ year
• Very good written and oral communication skills in English
• Good experience in using Adobe Photoshop
• Experience in content management system (CMS) such as Wind‑chill
• Knowledge of Design tools, such as Creo‑Parametric & Autocad
• Knowledge of graphic tools, such as InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
