Technical Head Experience: 5 to 30 yrs. Skills Required: The incumbent should have experience in manufacturing of Steel of special Grades. The incumbent should be Technically very sound and is able to resolve all the queries of customers. This role should be in position to prepare all the necessary Technical documents. This role will be the front end for the Customers.

The incumbent should have knowledge and experience of the issues related to Process and the quality related to Special steels and should be in position to resolve it by systematic approach. The incumbent also needs to perform the role of MR and should be in position to guide all the employees on QMS. The incumbent should be process oriented and should have firm belief on systems. This role also needs to guide and mentor the junior employees.
