Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Windchill customization across server, client, APIs.
• Deep understanding of Windchill system architecture.
• Proficiency in Core & Advanced Java, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Working knowledge of CAD systems, preferably CATIA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, optimize, and validate code within the Windchill environment.
• Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive code quality improvements.
• Build custom Windchill solutions using APIs, customization frameworks, and extensions.
• Analyze and resolve complex L3 development and production issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for incidents and problems; implement effective fixes.
• Maintain, support, and enhance existing Windchill applications.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Windchill customization (server-side, client-side, APIs, extensions)
• Deep understanding of Windchill system architecture
• Proficiency in Core & Advanced Java, REST APIs, JSON, and XML
• Working knowledge of CAD systems (preferably CATIA)

Good-to-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of the PTC Windchill product line, modules, and technology stack
• Experience in enterprise application deployments and production support
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to resolve moderate to complex technical problems
• Proven capability to work in a cross-cultural, multi-location team environment
• Strong communication, coordination, and assertiveness for task ownership and stakeholder alignment
• Experience working in customer support environments
