Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Ahmedabad, India, is seeking a Technical Executive for Account Management within Work Dynamics. You will supervise maintenance activities, monitor costs, and coordinate with the building manager to ensure reliable operations.

The ideal candidate holds a degree and has at least three years' experience in facilities, building maintenance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, with strong people management and vendor liaison skills.

• Strong working knowledge of policies, building maintenance and people management.
• Proven expertise in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general property management.

Responsibilities

• Execute flawless technical activities for Work Dynamics.
• Keep operating and utilities costs up to date and monitor invoices.
• Oversee maintenance of cooling, heating, plumbing, water, electricity, lighting and other equipment.
• Inspect, inventory and document systems regularly.
• Lead electricians and their work scope under supervision.
• Collaborate with superiors, peers and subordinates across the organization.
• Serve as main contact for vendors for maintenance services.
• Monitor maintenance activities and produce daily/weekly reports.

Technical Executive Account Management – Work Dynamics (region/country)

What this job involves:

• Executing flawless technical activities.
• Keep the Company up to speed on operating and utilities costs.
• Monitor invoices for technical services rendered in conjunction with the building manager.
• Ensure contractors’ maintenance practices align with manufacturer recommendations and our preventive maintenance standards.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of cooling, heating systems, plumbing, water supply, electricity, lighting fixtures, and other equipment and supplies.
• Perform routine inspection, inventory, and documentation of these systems.
• Demonstrate leadership by overseeing electricians and their work scope.
• Work closely with superiors, peers, and subordinates across the organization.
• Serve as the main point of contact for vendors for all maintenance services.
• Monitor maintenance activities and produce daily and weekly summary reports.
