Job summary

Straive is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with deep Real-World Data (RWD) and healthcare analytics expertise. You will act as the primary SPOC for client stakeholders, overseeing end-to-end delivery, planning, and P&L for major accounts, while shaping technical strategy and guiding AI and data analyst functions within the account.

You will lead cross-functional teams, bridge business and tech, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of RWD pipelines, data analytics, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT/Tech delivery experience with 5+ years in RWD or healthcare analytics.
• Strong RWD domain expertise in data curation and analysis.
• Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience leading large cross-functional enterprise delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for major accounts, including planning and P&L.

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with a deep background in Real-World Data (RWD) and healthcare/life sciences analytics. In this role, you will act as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client stakeholders, managing key account delivery while driving technical strategy. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing hands-on leadership for AI and Data Analyst functions within the account

Key Responsibilities:

• Account & Delivery Management: Own end-to-end technical delivery, project planning, resource allocation, and P&L for major enterprise accounts.
• Technical SPOC: Serve as the primary escalation point and technical authority for client leadership regarding RWD pipelines, AI initiatives, and data analytics.
• RWD Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of Real-World Data (EHR/EMR claims, registries, clinical trials data) to shape data strategies and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR).
• AI & Analytics Leadership: Guide teams of data scientists and data analysts in building machine learning models, predictive analytics, and advanced data visualization solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with client executives, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal engineering, data engineering, and AI product teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 12+ years of total experience in IT/Tech delivery, with at least 5+ years focused on RWD, healthcare analytics, or life sciences data domains.
• Domain Expertise: Strong hands-on and strategic background in Real-World Data (RWD) management, curation, and analysis.
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of data architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• AI & Data Science: Demonstrated ability to manage and provide technical direction for AI/ML solutions and Data Analyst workflows.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing large cross-functional technical teams and running high-stakes enterprise accounts.
