Job summary

Roche seeks a Technical Delivery Manager - Data Engineering for the Hyderabad location to own end-to-end data pipelines across the Pharma Commercial ecosystem, spanning Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Patient Services. You will coordinate data ingestion from IQVIA, Veeva, and other sources, guiding planning, UAT, and go-lives in collaboration with data engineering and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data management with pharma-commercial focus.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of data pipelines, integrations, and platforms supporting Commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services).
• Manage data ingestion from third-party sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health/Komodo, Veeva, Definitive Healthcare).
• Lead sprint planning, release cycles, UAT, and production go-lives with data engineering and IT teams.
• Manage timelines for recurring data cycles (monthly/weekly sales data refreshes, incentives).
• Translate business requirements into technical specs; act as SME on commercial data domains.
• Partner with Compliance/Legal/Privacy on data governance and licensing terms.
• Define KPIs for data quality and drive root-cause analysis of data issues.
