You will own P&L, drive AI-enabled innovation, and ensure secure, scalable delivery.

Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager – Banking Portfolio

Location: Chennai and Hyderabad

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end technology delivery across the Banking Portfolio, including Deposits, Credit Cards, Digital Banking, Payments, Real Estate, Disputes, and Member Protection. Drive business outcomes through customer-centric solutions, strong engineering leadership, P&L ownership, and AI-enabled innovation while ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery and financial performance (P&L) of the Banking Portfolio, ensuring successful execution, operational excellence, and profitability.
• Partner with business leaders and customers to translate strategic priorities into scalable technology solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across Java Full Stack, Spring Boot, ReactJS, GoLang, AWS, and modern cloud-native architectures.
• Drive AI-first thinking by identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve customer experience, engineering productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional Agile teams, manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication, while fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
• Ensure delivery of secure, resilient, and compliant solutions aligned with business and customer objectives.

Required Experience & Skills

• 15+ years of technology delivery leadership, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong domain expertise across Deposits, Credit Cards, Digital Banking, Payments, Real Estate, Disputes, and Member Protection.
• Proven experience managing P&L, customer relationships, delivery governance, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong technical expertise in Java Full Stack, Spring Boot, ReactJS, GoLang, AWS, Microservices, APIs, and Cloud-native solutions.
• Demonstrated AI mindset with experience driving AI, automation, and data-driven innovation.
