Job summary

Embitel Technologies in Bengaluru (Hybrid) seeks an Experienced Technical Coordinator (C/C++ / Python) to lead a team developing connected vehicle software, coordinating OTA updates, cloud data solutions on Azure and Databricks, and deployment across device and cloud ecosystems.

You will drive architectural decisions, define deployment procedures, guide troubleshooting, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure timely, secure software delivery for automotive platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded software development with C/C++ for automotive/connected vehicles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, OTA deployments.
• Experience in leading engineering teams and coordinating deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, task prioritization, and delivery oversight.
• Drive technical and architectural decisions across embedded, cloud, data, deployment, and OTA domains.
• Develop software solutions using C/C++ and Python and maintain data solutions on Azure and Databricks.
• Define deployment concepts, procedures, and operational guidelines, and establish scalable deployment and release processes.
• Support rollout, configuration, commissioning, and operationalization of new capabilities.
• Support and govern OTA deployments, ensuring reliable and secure software delivery.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident management, and issue resolution during deployment activities.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders, architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct design and code reviews with review authority.
• Own deployment‑related decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

– Technical Coordinator (C++ / Python / Azure / OTA) Experience: 5-8 Years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an Embedded Software & Connected Vehicle Developer with expertise in C/C++, Python, Azure, Databricks, OTA, and Mender to support the development, deployment, and operation of connected vehicle and data collection solutions. The role involves software development, deployment planning, rollout coordination, troubleshooting, and operational support across vehicle and cloud ecosystems.
