The role involves delivering workshops, demonstrations, proposals and handover of agreed scope, with a strong focus on manufacturing consulting and solution design; Opcenter APS experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years in manufacturing consulting, production planning, supply-chain solutions or related pre-sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Strong customer orientation and willingness to learn Siemens Opcenter APS.

Responsibilities

• Engage with production planning, supply chain, operations and IT stakeholders to understand current.
• Translate requirements into an APS solution covering demand, capacity, materials, resources and sequencing.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations, discovery workshops, product demonstrations and proofs.
• Define high-level solution architecture and integration needs across ERP and MES/MOM systems.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, proposals, scope, assumptions and roadmaps.
• Explain APS business value via on-time delivery, throughput, WIP and planner productivity.
• Work with sales, product specialists and delivery teams to ensure handover of agreed scope and risks.
