Job summary

SymphonyAI is seeking a Technical Consultant for Retail Supply Chain to maintain and deliver enhancements across Nordic and regional grocery accounts using the Symphony GOLD platform. You will work on integration between CENTRAL, GWR, GCO, GSO, GSM2, and GII, develop KPIs on Stormbase, and manage Katalon test automation with strong client-facing engagement.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Consultant with in-depth technical knowledge of the Symphony GOLD architecture and the connections between its modules — CENTRAL, GWR, GCO, GSO, GSM2, and GII — for maintenance, small-change delivery, and project-pool assignments across Nordic and regional grocery accounts.

This is a client-facing role combining cross-module GOLD technical work with in-depth GII integration knowledge, KPI development on the Stormbase in-memory database, and expert-level development and management of Katalon test-automation cases, grounded in solid knowledge of retail processes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

GOLD Architecture & Integration

• Analyze and resolve issues spanning module boundaries (CENTRAL, GWR, GCO, GSO, GSM2, GII) using in-depth knowledge of the GOLD architecture and inter-module data flows.
• Own GII integration work: interface analysis, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Deliver CENTRAL standard and customer-specific maintenance and small-change GAPs (e.g., forecast-maintenance batch adjustments) from specification to acceptance.

Analytics & KPI Development

• Develop and maintain KPIs on the Stormbase in-memory database.
• Support forecasting/replenishment batch domain monitoring and correction on assigned accounts.

Test Automation & Quality

• Develop, manage, and maintain Katalon test cases and automation suites for regression coverage of GOLD estates.
• Support acceptance testing on project-pool assignments for a tier-1 Nordic grocer.

Customer Engagement

Work client-facing in English across Nordic and regional accounts, including functional clarification with business users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail domain knowledge with solid understanding of retail processes.
• In-depth technical knowledge of the architecture of Symphony GOLD or an equivalent renowned, market-established and referenceable SCM solution, including the connections between its core, forecasting, ordering, mobile, and integration modules (in GOLD: CENTRAL, GWR, GCO, GSO, GSM2, GII).
• In-depth knowledge of the platform's integration layer (GOLD GII or equivalent).
• KPI development experience on an in-memory analytics database (Stormbase or equivalent).
• Expert-level development and management of Katalon test cases and automation suites.
• Client-facing working mode; multi-account rotation capability (pool-based assignment model).
• Fluent English; structured documentation practice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forecast-maintenance batch domain experience.
• GOLD project-pool experience on Nordic accounts.
• SQL for cross-module analysis.
