Technical Consultant for SAP Enable Now and SuccessFactors LMS

Key Responsibilities

1. Integrate SAP Enable Now with further SAP systems
2. Configure and maintain the SAP Enable Now platform, including user roles, templates, and permissions
3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP Enable Now and SuccessFactors Learning
4. Assist in resolving any technical issues related to the training materials
5. Conduct trainings for trainers
6. Create user guides and documentation for trainers
7. Stay up to date with the latest innovations and roadmap to consult HR to further improve SAP Enable Now
8. Identify system enhancements

Job Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience working with SAP Enable Now especially with integrations
2. 2+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Learning
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
4. Experience in stakeholder management, including consulting skills and business knowledge
5. Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
6. Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible and able to meet tight deadlines
7. Organized and autonomous, being able to multitask and prioritize tasks
8. Team player with strong commitment to accomplish tasks and goals
