Job summary

Infios India Pvt Ltd. seeks a skilled OMS Technical Consultant to support global retail and eCommerce clients in an offshore delivery model. You will focus on technical design, integration, configuration, and deployment of Infios OMS solutions across distributed enterprise ecosystems.

The role requires hands-on design, development, testing, and delivery in collaboration with US/EMEA stakeholders; strong API/microservices experience; and proficiency in Java and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in OMS or distributed commerce systems.
• Hands-on experience with Infios (Körber) OMS components.
• Strong experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency in Java or similar backend technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Technical Design & Architecture – Design scalable OMS solutions leveraging Infios OMS architecture; define integration patterns (API, event-driven, messaging); collaborate with enterprise architects on system design and data flows.
• Infios OMS Development & Configuration – Configure and extend Infios OMS components, pipelines, and orchestration logic; develop custom services, rules, and extensions; support data modeling and configuration within OMS.
• Infios OMS Integration Development – Build and support integrations with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, payment, and external systems; work with REST APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks; troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
• Testing & Deployment – Support SIT/UAT, debugging, and defect resolution; participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes; ensure production readiness and support hyper-care.
• Offshore Delivery Expectations – Work in a global delivery model with US/EMEA stakeholders; provide clear technical documentation and handoffs; participate in time-zone overlap for critical issues; ensure high-quality, consistent technical delivery.
