Job summary

Oxane Partners, a technology-driven solutions provider to private credit markets, seeks a Business Analyst/Project Manager in Haryana to lead end-to-end client projects and coordinate with the development team. You will perform ad-hoc analytics and governance across project cycles.

The role requires MBA/PGDM with Finance/IT, B.E./B.Tech, PMP or PM cert, and strong Excel, Macros, and SQL skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality investment solutions.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM with Finance/IT specialization or equivalent PG
• B.E./B.Tech is mandatory
• PMP Certified or any project management certifications
• Proficient understanding of financial concepts with advanced skills in Excel, Macros & SQL
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze large data sets
• Proven track record in project management and people management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with resilience and adaptability
• Experience in development/IT roles is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support in investment transactions including non-performing loan portfolios, real estate, middle-market and specialty financing.
• Take accountability for end-to-end delivery of client projects with timely, high-quality execution.
• Oversee product implementation and post-implementation cycles with smooth integration and client satisfaction.
• Conduct ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting to enhance client outcomes.
• Act as liaison between client and development team as Business Analyst for platform features and changes.
• Support asset management reporting, due diligence, post-deal analysis, and business planning.
• Identify and address conflicts among stakeholders using mediation and negotiation.
• Mentor team members and be the primary point of contact for teammates.

• Provide guidance and support in various aspects of investment transactions, including performing/non-performing loan portfolios, real estate, middle-market, and specialty financing.
• Take accountability for the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of investment transactions, and perform end-to-end project management.
• Provide direction and oversight to the implementation team throughout the product implementation and post-implementation cycles, ensuring smooth integration and client satisfaction.
• Address client-specific needs by conducting ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting, leveraging insights to enhance client outcomes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the development team, acting as a Business Analyst for Platform features, client changes, and issues, fostering effective communication and resolution of concerns.
• Act as an extended client team for asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post-deal analysis, and business planning, utilizing expertise and experience to drive value-added solutions and insights.
• Proactively identify and address potential conflicts or issues within the team or between multiple stakeholders, utilizing effective conflict resolution strategies such as mediation, negotiation, and consensus-building to ensure alignment and cohesion towards project objectives.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure high levels of performance, quality, and development. Serve as the primary point of contact for teammates.

Requirements

• Candidate should be from Tier 1 College.
• MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PG with specialization in Finance/IT or related fields; B.E./B. Tech is mandatory
• PMP Certified or any project management certifications
• Proficient understanding of financial concepts with advanced skills in Excel, Macros & SQL (must have – intermediate to advanced level).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a logical thought process to effectively analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven track record of Project management and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability under pressure.
• Deep interest and appreciation for technology with relevant work experience. Prior experience in development/IT roles would be a significant advantage.
