Job Description
- Provide guidanceand support in various aspects of investment transactions includingperforming/non-performing loan portfolios, real estate, middle-market, andspecialty financing.
- Makeaccountability for the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timelyand high-quality execution of investment transactions.
- Provide directionand oversight to the implementation team throughout the product implementationand post-implementation cycles, ensuring smooth integration and clientsatisfaction.
- Addressclient-specific needs by conducting ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring,surveillance, and reporting, leveraging insights to enhance client outcomes.
- Serve as theprimary liaison between the client and the development team, acting as aBusiness Analyst for Platform features, client changes, and issues, fosteringeffective communication and resolution of concerns.
- Act as anextended client team for asset management reporting, financial due diligence,post-deal analysis, and business planning, utilizing expertise and experienceto drive value-added solutions and insights.
- Proactivelyidentify and address potential conflicts or issues within the team or betweenmultiple stakeholders, utilizing effective conflict resolution strategies suchas mediation, negotiation, and consensus-building to ensure alignment andcohesion towards project objectives.
Requirements
- MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PG with specialization in Finance/IT orrelated fields; B.E./B. Tech preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in engineering technology-driven solutionswith a strong acumen for leveraging technology to enhance financial processes.
- Proficient understanding of financial concepts with advancedskills in Excel, Macros & SQL (must have – intermediate to advanced level).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a logical thought process toeffectively analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proven track record of strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conveycomplex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative andthrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability under pressure.
- Deep interest and appreciation for technology with relevant workexperience. Prior experience in development/IT roles would be a significantadvantage.
- Knowledge of Alternative Investments in variousasset classes (Asset-based lending, Commercial Real Estate, Middle-Market) for EMEA(Europe, Middle East and Africa) & US will be preferred.
