Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of business analysis experience in digital banking or financial services.
• 2+ years with Avaloq Core Platform or similar banking tech.
• Experience documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with developing user stories and use cases.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and solutions.
• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools.
• Contributed to design and launch of new digital banking features.
• Facilitated cross-team collaboration for successful projects.
• Developed comprehensive documentation for stakeholder understanding.

We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in connecting our product, business, and technical teams to enhance Avaloq's digital banking solutions. In this role, you’ll help maintain and improve our Web Banking and Mobile Banking offerings while collaborating with various teams to support client onboarding and implementation. This position not only allows you to gain valuable experience with the Avaloq Core Platform but also empowers you to contribute to standards that impact multiple projects globally.

Key tasks

• Analyze existing systems and processes to pinpoint areas that need improvement. Document and prioritize business requirements clearly to ensure effective communication. Collaborate with technical teams to translate these requirements into functional specifications.
• Address stakeholder concerns and questions promptly to ensure clear communication and support. Capture and relay stakeholder requirements effectively to drive project success and align with business goals.
• Develop detailed user stories and use cases to support system enhancements. Ensure all documentation aligns with internal standards and best practices. Regularly review and update existing documentation to reflect any changes in processes or systems.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop effective testing strategies that validate system enhancements. Identify issues and defects in solutions, providing detailed feedback for resolution. Ensure compliance with industry standards by validating solutions against regulations and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years with business analysis in digital banking or financial services
• 2+ years with Avaloq Core Platform or similar banking technology
• Experience with documenting business requirements and functional specifications
